UserOffset user-offset
UserOffset 0
See section 6.2.24 Name, for information about the meaning of
the user-offset parameter and lastread pointer principles. In contrast
to the user-offset parameter to the Name keyword, the
UserOffset keyword specifies a single user offset numbers for all
names configured in your configuration file. This can be useful if you are
the only person using MsgEd TE, but want to write under different names
without having different lastread pointer offsets.
