Corrections and Enhancements:

This CSD provides a new feature called "Refresh". Refresh is intended
to replace the "Regeneration" feature found in previous versions of the
KASE:SET product. Regeneration is no longer supported.

Refresh is designed to work as follows:

External UDCs are now generated with a begin and end tag line within
the source files. The tag lines appear as follows:
   //$$UDC:XXX.UDC: BEGIN $$

   //$$UDC:XXX.UDC: END $$

You can modify the generated files within the tag lines and all changes
will be re-engineered into the original UDCs. Note: this only works for
external UDCs.

The Refresh option is set by default upon selecting "Generate" for an
existing Application (.APP). It can be deactivated by unchecking the
check box on the Generate dialog box. Refresh can be activated without
causing generation, by selecting the Refresh option within the Build menu
of the Application Designer.
