Frequently Asked Questions

Set security restrictions for untrusted applet to medium.

5. I have standalone computer with no-network capabilities. How can I run Simple Desktop for Java?

6. Time is not shown correct under HotJava 1.1 and applet viewer. What is wrong?

Sun's Java 1.1 implementation can't get correct timezone so you have to manually change timezone of your OS to GMT. Netscape doesn't have this bug.
