Using Keys

Forms
GeneralForms are a very powerful part of NextRecall. They allow to add samples to existing keys. This means, that the same subkey structure can be used for more than one instances of that key. For instance, the key structure for a phonebook could look like this one:
Instead of creating the keys Phone, Address and email ever and ever again for each name, it would be better to save this structure once and instantiate it for each name. The Form for the example above could look like this:
...and could be used with the names to create the keys. The main point of Forms in NextRecall is the saving of the key structure and their contents. So it may be possible to create sample forms for each kind of data. A lot of predefined forms are delivered with the package. In the next paragraphs you will learn how to use Forms. Program output will be formatted as italic.
Configure Forms DirectoryThis is the directory, where the forms are stored.
Save a key structure as FormIf you've developed a good form, you should save it.
Use a formAny key with an URL as Value could be use to invoke the Browser.
