FAQ

Q: Parts of DownloadMaster Client occasionally disappear or mix-up.
A: It happens with Netscape Navigator 2.0. It was first browser with Java support, but it wasn't bug free. Use newer version, or restart your browser every time you have these glitches.

Q: There are URLs that report 'Unsupported protocol'
A: This happens when there is redirection from http to ftp. It's usuall at Download.com. E.g. following link will cause problems:
    http://www.download.com/cgi-bin/dl?32848-ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/win95/graphics/grdc20.zip
Only bold part is relevant. Extract real link and you'll be able to get file:
    ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/win95/graphics/grdc20.zip
