@@DCHELPQ
If you want to restrict caching to certain drives, specify which drives
should not be cached. You can also dedicate the cache to a single drive by
specifying all other drives should not be cached.

including RAM disks and remote network drives.

@@EMSQ
Use expanded memory for PlusCache's cache.

Expanded memory is memory which conforms to the
Lotus/Intel/Microsoft Expanded Memory Specification.

Note: Setting up the cache in expanded memory uses the least amount
of conventional memory. This is generally more efficient than setting up
the cache in extended memory.
@@EXTENDEDMQ
Use extended memory for PlusCache's cache.

Extended memory is memory installed beyond the DOS limit of 640Kb on IBM
ATs and other systems with 80286 or 80386 processors. IBM sometimes refers
to this memory as expansion memory.
@@EXTMEMADDR
Specify Lowest Starting Address

This value allows you to tell the cache not to use Extended memory below
the specified base address. This is only necessary to avoid conflicting
with other resident programs which use Extended memory and which the cache
cannot automatically recognize.

Most of the popular RAM Disk programs and other resident programs which use
Extended memory, are automatically recognized by the cache and there is no
need to specify a new value here.

If you are using any program in extended memory which the cache does not
seem to recognize correctly, you should specify a lowest starting address
which will be above the memory used by that program.

For example, if you have a 512K byte RAM Disk beginning at 1024K (the
beginning of Extended memory), the correct lowest starting address for
the cache would be 1024K + 512K = 1536K, and the appropriate value to
enter here would be 1536.

The cache loads itself from the top of Extended memory down and will often
not actually reach the specified minimum base address.

Remember, this is only necessary if the cache does not automatically
recognize the other program. You can detect this by noticing when the
cache is installed that its starting address conflicts with the Extended
memory used by the other program.
@@RESVMEMQ
Specify Reserve Size

This option allows you to reserve a specific number of K bytes for programs
other than PlusCache.

Specifying the amount of memory to reserve is often more convenient than
specifying the size of the cache, because it allows PlusCache to calculate
its size based on your estimate of how much memory your applications will
need.

Defaults:

For a conventional memory cache, reserve 480Kb for other programs. For
an expanded or extended memory cache, reserve none for other programs.
(Except that any memory over the maximum cache size of 1072Kb will
automatically be reserved, since this is the maximum cache size.)

Specify Cache Size

This option allows you to allocate a specific number of K bytes for PlusCache.
The rest of the memory type chosen is available for other programs.

For conventional memory the value should be between 64 and the amount
of conventional memory remaining above DOS.

For extended memory the value should be between 64 and 1024.

For expanded memory the value should be between 64 and 1072.

For conventional memory the default cache size is 128 K bytes.

For expanded memory the default cache size is all available up to
